Once the transaction process is up and running, we guide clients on a whole range of issues from valuation and pricing, market trends, drivers and price expectation, through the minefield of negotiations on non-binding and binding offers, to the legal complexities of Share Purchase Agreements, warranties and indemnities.

Ultimately, we support clients all the way to the successful legal completion of the transaction. Throughout, we provide detailed management of the full due diligence process, including the selection, appointment and direction of supporting advisers, resulting in a smoother, more time and cost-efficient diligence process.
